Poems from Steven Schutte
Thanks for the opportunity to become a member of Power Poetry- much appreciated.
In short- I live in South Africa and started writing for magazines such as the Impact & S.A. Panorama when I was young. Has been a junior mayor for a year in Pretoria and was elected to work for a year in Canada at the diplomatic dept in Toronto. (Later becoming a chiropractor and businessman) Married to Cora a teacher in Limpopo and have 2 girls Eileen & Roelene with 2 grandsons Rhonan & Shanon.
My poetry covers a wide spectrum and actually kept it for myself and friends at readings. Never exposed to the public. However, I have received an Editors award in 1999 from the Poet Library Society/USA. I would like to explore more about the possibilities out there. Regards, Steven. Bye the way, my writers name is Liebmann and which I got from my grandpa.)
What people should also know is that I have completed a script for Calvary University as well as Unisa with the subject/theme "Dear Sir" (Science versus Religion)
